PROENco's Telemetry Department consists of highly trained engineers, experienced in all stages of the completion of a PV Station, from Design, Design, Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting.

The Telemetry service concerns the day-to-day monitoring of the proper operation and performance of the park on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In particular, the service includes:

  • Monitor the operation of inverters

  • Tracking trackers

  • Ability to remotely diagnose problems and offer immediate solutions.

  • Solve any problems with telemetry systems 

  • Surveillance of the overall state of the PV plant as evidenced by the recording of the security system chambers.

The Telemetry Department detects and records daily errors, which are archived per customer and project. Monthly audit reports are then issued for the purpose of all breakdowns to be broken down based on historical events and our engineers have structured information to carry out in a short time any damage or long-term problem

In addition, we have a support phone line, staffed by engineers, who are either able to provide immediate solutions or take all necessary steps to remedy the possible problem in the minimum time possible.
